Pinching and Zooming to write in the smaller lines/boxes:
Sometimes it can be hard to write in the smaller lines or boxes found in the planner. To make this easier, pinch and move your fingers to zoom in or out of the page to make writing on those small lines easier.
Type in your planner instead of using your stylus:
If you don’t like your handwriting or are not comfortable using a stylus, most PDF markup apps will have an option to use a text tool so you can type instead. The text tool will allow you to add a text box on the page. Once the text box is added, you can change text size, font, color or move your text anywhere on the page.
Accessing your planner from your phone:
Digital planner apps will usually allow you to sync between devices, so you can have access to your planner from different devices. This is especially helpful if you don’t want to lug your big iPad or tablet with you each time you leave the house. By saving the file you use to plan on a cloud storage service like iCloud, Dropbox or Google Drive, you can access your file on any device at any time. Keep in mind, however, that sometimes it may take some time for your cloud storage to save the changes that you make to your file.
Use stickers to make tasks and text stand out:
Your planner comes with transparent stickers that you can place over your text to highlight it. This trick can be used to highlight certain tasks, items, events that you want to remember or to add some color to your planner. Resize and rotate them to fit the shape that you need.
Use widget stickers to change the layout of your weekly or daily spread:
You may need to plan each week or day differently than previous weeks or days. Use the widget stickers to change the layout of your planner pages to suit the way you need to plan that week!
Copy and Paste reoccurring tasks:
If you have a task or event that you do every day or each week, copy and paste them from day to day instead of having to re-write them each time.
If you are using GoodNotes 5, you can use the Lasso tool to make this easier:

- Find the page that you want to paste the selection on
